Natural wine, artisan wine, naked wine, vin vivant, pure wine, are often referred to as wines that were produced without additives and without elaborate cellar technology. The term is not regulated by law. Therefore, there are no rules as to which oenological practices lead to and which are not. These wines are most commonly understood today, which are produced under controlled organic-biological or biological-dynamic points of view. Wines produced in this way can now be marketed under the label Bio-or Ökowein, if the plant is certified
