We do not want to produce more and no less than wines that consist only of Earth, sun, air and water. Therefore, we are working year-on-year more with nature and less with technology or other tools.
Our wines are therefore free of artificial fertilizers and synthetic sprays, free of pure breeding yeasts, artificial fining and refinement agents, chips, Tanninzusätzen and everything else, which does not control nature itself. In the medium term, we are aiming for a certification according to biodynamic standards in order to impose strict and transparent rules on the outside, which we are already naturally keeping. Respect is our biodynamic association, where we want to achieve this vision with some colleagues from Gols, but also from other countries.
