Roter Veltliner Irden Jg.2015 Bio
Roter Veltliner Irden Jg.2015 Bio from the Winery SöllnerBright yellow, inviting scent of yellow apple and fresh pear, a hint of meadow herbs, delicate fig notes. Juicy, powerful, elegant, fine acidity structure, delicate minerality, white peach in the finish, finely spicy in the long reverberation.
For the earthen, the most beautiful and ripe grapes are read by hand from the small trust of the red Veltliner sticks. 50% of the rebel berries slowly ferment in the stoneware tank with their own yeasts for about 2 months. The other 50% fermented as most in the Stoneware container. After the late first stab with each other, this vintage continued to mature until September and was then bottled in our basement in the stoneware bottles without filtration with little sulphur added. After the appropriate bottle maturity, an impressive, incomparable drinking experience is gradually adhered to. We recommend decanting the stoneware bottle to separate the small yeast depot.
