Roter Veltliner Irden Jg 2014 Bio from the Winery Söllner

Medium green. With some blossom honey placed yellow apple fruit, delicate Papayanoten, floral touch, finely spicy. Good complexity, juicy, balanced acid structure, extract-sweet to apricots in the finish, dark mineral in the reverberation, remains well-stick, good maturity potential.

For the earthen, the most beautiful and ripe grapes are read by hand from the small trust of the red Veltliner sticks. 50% of the rebel berries slowly ferment in the stoneware tank with their own yeasts for about 2 months. The other 50% fermented as most in the Stoneware container. After the late first stab with each other, this vintage matured until September and was then bottled in our basement in the Steinzeugflaschen without filtration with little sulphur added. After the appropriate bottle maturity, an impressive, incomparable drinking experience is gradually adhered to. We recommend decanting the Steinzeugflasche to separate the small Hefedepot.
